Why oh why is it always more difficult to exercise in cold weather?
I always end up turning to that old stalwart, and by hunting for a magical cure, and reading things like sensa
weight loss reviews and other possible cures. It really is a catch twenty-two situation, because the colder weather brings out my hidden culinary prowess, but also makes me curl up on the couch, when I should be pounding the pavement and enjoying the burn of long dormant hamstrings.
Actually just thinking about burning hamstrings is making me want to get out there and run. Because when I do get up and go exercise, it keeps my blood flowing so much better during the day, and I consequently eat less, and feel warmer. So really, the problem is just motivation, but if I just stop and think ahead, instead of taking the route of least effort, a catch twenty-two turns into a win-win doesn’t it?
