Why Is It?

Why is it that society at large has become so litigious? That is to say, why have we begun to sue for everything, and in some cases look for opportunities to exploit, in order to gain wealth? What happened to plain old common sense?

The litigious nature of society today is why we have the “caution: contents are hot” on our take away coffee cups. Seriously. Duh?

But warning label they must put on, because otherwise someone will claim to be stupid, and sue them.

The only place where I think one can even *think* about suing, is in obvious cases of medical ‘mess-up’ or neglect. One only has to read local news stories of striking nurses to realize, not everyone who takes the Hippocratic oath, is necessarily a good person.

So if you need a Bronx medical malpractice lawyer, you can follow that link to find one.
